Tabatha Wharton

As you might imagine, I have a great deal of clothing. Between life changes, job changes, weight changes, and solidifying my personal sense of style, I have a lot of things that I keep “just in case” I may need them. Which also means I flat forget I have items of clothing until I’m looking for something else that I’m not sure if I gave away in one of my mass purges or if it’s just hidden between the three(!) closets, one 16-drawer dresser, or 2-5 laundry baskets of unfolded clean laundry throughout my house.

Listen. I worked clothing retail for half of my employed life. And then I had two babies in two years. Folding clothes is the last bastion of sanity for me sometimes. Unless I have time to uninterrupted go through it all and put it away, I can’t handle the constant sorting and folding and hanging knowing I used to get paid to do just that. Just like now I pretty much hate ever talking on the phone because I’ve worked admin/customer service for so long.

So anyway. This outfit is brought to you by suddenly remembering/rediscovering both this top and these shoes and making them work together. Also yoga poses because … I miss moving my body in constructive ways. The end.
