Part of this 90’s fashion revival that is kind of awesome but also kind of not for me, personally, is that now *cough* twenty years later I can wear the things I dreamed of wearing as a preteen/early teenager. But on the other hand, I feel like something is going to look great, I put it on my body, I look in the mirror and I feel … dated. Like I just walked off the set of an early episode of Friends as Central Perc Extra #6. Because I can vividly remember that time, and those fashions. It’s a weird way to experience adulthood.

Anyway, that brings me to this outfit and my penchant for all things (well-executed) fake leather and this 90’s outfit that I just rolled with pretty much because I didn’t have time to change into anything different before I had to leave for work.

You’ll quickly learn about me that if I can get away with wearing something (fake) leather, I’m going to do it. The end.

This was also a Shoot Of Many Interruptions, including one giant dog who needed skritches RIGHT NOW, so enjoy a couple of awkward outtakes towards the bottom of the gallery.
